Our vision

We have participated on a variety of trainings and developments. Every one of them has given us something new, we have grown professionally. We were strongly influenced by the trainers and the methods they used to transfer the knowledge. We decided to try to deliver trainings on our own and we discovered that we can do it better than others. We were surprised by this fact. We found out that this is because we care a lot about how we do it. We want every second you spend with us to be perfect.

WE CARE

The education must be perfect, it is very important that participants understand everything. Therefore training and all supporting activities must be delivered in local language. We offer our training packages in three languages: English, Romanian and Slovak.

WE CUSTOMIZE

Six Sigma is a methodology like many others. It has its advantages but also some traps and obstacles. We know what works well in which situations. We will select what makes sense to meet your goals.

Who we are?

Silviu Szkipala, certified Six Sigma Black Belt

Silviu worked on establishing companies in Romania in manufacturing. Later, he started own business in wood processing. Silviu has also couple of years of experience in automotive industry, where he participated in all stages or production. He started with manufacturing of cars, continued with logistics of cars and afterwards with aftersales services. During this period Silviu gathered multiple experiences in project work. He took part in Kaizen initiatives and worked in the front lines in contact with customers. Silviu also applied Six Sigma in telecommunication industry, delivered multiple cross/functional projects and achieved major savings. Silviu has experience in handing over learned skills. He delivered many trainings across Europe including coaching and mentoring.

Olga Augustinova, trained Six Sigma Black Belt

Olga worked for several service oriented companies. She has couple of years of experience with delivery of different trainings (hard skills), creation of working instructions, process mapping and also process improvement in area of sales and customer service. Olga applied Six Sigma methodology in projects in telecommunication industry. She is also an experienced coach and mentor.

Where we are?

We are located in Bratislava, Slovakia. But we deliver education across the Europe. We are able to relocate at customers request to any location.
